Privacy Policy
The shop
Daybreak Locksmith Gilroy is an independent locksmith in Gilroy, CA, working Gilroy and the south valley. This policy describes daybreaklocksmithgilroy.com: what it asks, what it notices, and who ends up holding it.
Asked of you
One form, the estimate quiz: name, phone number, the part of town, an optional email for a written figure, and what you tell us about the door or the key. No accounts, no mailing list, no chat window collecting anything on the side.
Noticed about the visit
The page a request came from and any campaign tag in its link are stored with it, which is how we tell search traffic from advertising. The host keeps ordinary server logs. Neither is stitched into a profile.
The number on every page
(669) 356-8920 is a Twilio tracking line forwarded to dispatch. The carrier keeps the calling number, the time and the call length; the conversation itself is not recorded. That log also lets us return a call that dropped halfway.
Booking without calling
Pressing the booking button opens our scheduler, Nexfield, at nexfield.pro. Name, number, address and the slot you choose are handled there under Nexfield's terms and arrive with us as a job. The phone reaches the same calendar.
Cookies: none
This site sets no cookies, which is why nothing asks for consent. PostHog counts visits in cookieless mode with replay and automatic click capture switched off, watching four events: page opened, phone tapped, booking tapped, quiz submitted.
Block us-assets.i.posthog.com and the counting stops without breaking a single page. No ad pixels and no retargeting tags are used here.
What we send back
A number left with us is used for that job: the callback with price and window, a text naming the technician, an arrival note. Not marketing — we run no campaigns to past customers. Your carrier's usual rates apply; STOP in reply ends them.
Other hands
The carrier that runs the line, Nexfield for scheduling, our dispatch, and — if you pay by card — the processor in the technician's terminal. That is the entire list.
We never sell, rent or trade details and never pass them to another locksmith or contractor.
Kept, then deleted
Job records last while the warranty is live and for as long as tax and lien rules demand; codes tied to an address go when the job closes. Email info@daybreaklocksmithgilroy.com for a copy or for deletion.
California residents may require disclosure, deletion and confirmation that nothing was sold or shared, under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Same address or (669) 356-8920, with no penalty for asking.
Children
This site exists for owners, tenants and drivers. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 13.
Changes
Facts change, this page is rewritten, the date below moves. Nothing earlier is archived here.
